The advancement in knowledge and technology has benefited various types of industries worldwide including the agricultural sector. developments traditional sector created a new type agronomy called, urban farming. This farming is usually done city or even housing areas apartments. concept this activity to utilise limited amounts available space for planting fruits vegetables that can grow at quick rate. small-scaled requires low initial investments. However, issue with water irrigation manually using human labour powered by electricity which non-renewable energy power source. Thus, main objective research paper produce improved automated system not only self-sustainable but also renewable energy. There were three analysis conducted contained major factors affecting system. These analyses are energy, flow economic analysis. Besides that, design elements taken into consideration such as source (Solar, Wind Hydro), pump motor power, pipe size, material, layout cost, volumetric rate, head loss actual pressure present pipes. results justified hydro was best be used showed 500 W set most optimum irrigate farm. In addition, 0.3 m underground ¾ inch rubber pipes proven efficient From conducted, able save up RM 2364.58 annually Return on Investment (ROI) about 6 months while showing profit within 1 year. obtained proved cost environmentally friendly.
